CORE ASSEMBLY

Our robust round core construction uses cold rolled silicon steel and secure clamping to prevent movement, support windings, and boost short circuit strength.

COIL ASSEMBLY

Our dedicated core coil assembly area meticulously constructs the transformer's vital active part, defining its insulation scheme, cooling, and dynamic withstand capabilities.

The core and coil form the vital active part of our transformers. Utilizing cold-rolled, grain-oriented silicon steel, our robust construction defines the insulation scheme, optimizes cooling, and guarantees superior dynamic withstand capabilities during operation and transport.

Precision is paramount. By maintaining an isolated, clean winding environment, we ensure extremely low impedance variation. Furthermore, our advanced vacuum drying technology cuts drying times by over 50%, passing those time savings directly to your delivery schedule.

WINDING DEPARTMENT

Housed in a pristine, enclosed room, our winding department uses vertical and horizontal machines to ensure tight tolerances and low impedance variation.

VACUUM DRYING SYSTEM

Our highly effective vacuum drying process ensures perfect dryness and extends the transformer lifespan, while significantly shortening production cycles and delivery times.

To maintain these rigorous standards, our quality control activities are seamlessly integrated into every stage of the production cycle.

These core activities can be summarized as: custom order management, a strict approval system for all vendors, uncompromising manufacturing supervision, and comprehensive testing and inspection.

Testing Infrastructure

Our testing departments, utilizing high-end equipment, play a decisive role in the implementation of our quality program. We operate two laboratories, both equipped with modern machinery and precision instruments.

To ensure the highest accuracy, tests are conducted separately. One laboratory is strictly allotted for high/medium voltage transformers, and the other for medium/low voltage transformers.

Our quality is backed by accredited infrastructure. Our fully equipped NABL accredited laboratory can efficiently carry out all required routine and type tests, including Impulse lightning tests and Temperature rise tests.

This facility allows us to rigorously test various ratings of Power Transformers up to the range of 200 MVA 220 kV class using various conventional, state-of-the-art, and modern equipment.
